OK, fine. It's a circuit diagram for a parallel resonating band stop filter, which creates a "V" shaped notch in an oscilloscope readout. Also, it looks like Kilroy.

That might just be the coolest tat EVER.
i'm a total stranger, but i was just google image searching for things to put in the background of a presentation i'm doing on V. (among other things) and this photo came up. It of course will not be going in my presentation, but I wanted to say that this is quite neat, and that I coincidentally live in Austin. How Pynchonesque, yes? Right on, man.
